The three at that are meaningful to me, and I consider each
one to become and will become a part of my professional life are:

Three ideals from
the NAEYC and DEC codes of ethics those are meaningful to me:
I-1.6—To use
assessment instruments and strategies
that are appropriate for the children to be assessed,
that are used only for the purposes for which they
were designed, and that have the potential to benefit
children (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
that are appropriate for the children to be assessed,

were designed, and that have the potential to benefit
children (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
Assessment,
identify the gathering of important information in order to make knowledgeable
decisions, which is an essential part of early childhood programs.
I-1.9—To advocate
for and ensure that all children,
including those with special needs, have access to the
support services needed to be successful (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
including those with special needs, have access to the
support services needed to be successful (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
Children with
learning disabilities have many special needs that can be addressed. Therefore,
many different services have to be aware of the particulars needs in which a
child can be helped and treated as a person with individual needs.
1-4.1—To provide
the community with high-quality
early childhood care and education programs and
services (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
early childhood care and education programs and
services (Cpstephesn, October, 2011).
A program must be
developed to combined early childhood education and developmental skills that
include comprehensive approaches that directly involve families. Parents must
participate in their children lives, in order to promote long-term effective
learning.
